Success is deeply personal. For me, the career aspect of success means doing meaningful work that:


- Brings creative and intellectual fulfillment

- Creates positive change alongside smart, like-minded people

- Provides enough financial abundance to control my time—and, more importantly, my attention


Defining success on your own terms, free from societal expectations or “shoulds,” is one of the most valuable things you can do.
