When smart, credible experts disagree, I pay attention to where they align. Here are three self-improvement practices that nearly everyone agrees on:


Sleep is a force multiplier

Prioritize it. Stop glorifying sleep deprivation. The benefits of quality sleep are immediate and well-documented.


Drink more water

Many bodily functions depend on proper hydration. A good rule of thumb: half your body weight in ounces daily.


Meditate
