Better Questions

When you ask yourself unhelpful questions like, “Why do bad things always happen to me?” your mind will answer (“Because I’m unlucky").

Your subconscious immediately goes to work on the answer.

But does the question itself serve you?

In tough moments, ask better questions:

“What’s great about this?”

“What did I learn?”

Even before answers come, the shift is powerful.
