Some rules, regulations, and industry norms made sense when they were created but outlive their usefulness. Yet, we still follow them.


Being a non-conformist isn’t about rebelling for the sake of rebelling. It means asking why and demanding good reasons (of ourselves) for whatever we decide to do.


"Decide" is the operant word. “Because that’s how it’s done” isn’t a decision.
