The Power of a small Tweak

Years ago, I tried jumping rope and was terrible. Every other swing smacked my feet, and I was ready to quit. Then someone gave me one small tip: move my hands an inch forward. Instantly, I went from clumsy to smooth, and actually got pretty good at it.
