Time may be finite, but without attention, it's meaningless. We've all been told that time and how we spend (or waste) it is our most valuable asset.

But it's possible to be physically present yet energetically absent. The quality of our presence, focus, and energy are crucial.

The ability to consciously direct our focus to what matters most is the difference between living and merely existing.

It turns out there is a “right” way to lose weight, break habits, or reduce stress. And that way is...the one you’ll actually do consistently.

There’s no universal formula for success. The real key is experimenting, reflecting, and finding what works for you. Even if it's deemed an imperfect solution.

As Tim Ferriss says, “The mediocre method you follow always beats the perfect method you abandon.”

The quality of our lives depends on how we assign meaning to what happens around us. Two people can face the same event and interpret it in completely different ways.

Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning reminds us that even in the darkest circumstances, we have the power to choose our perspective. Meaning is what transforms suffering into strength and purpose into peace.

What "bad things" can you reframe and assign new meaning to?
