Years ago, I tried jumping rope and was terrible. Every other swing smacked my feet, and I was ready to quit. Then someone gave me one small tip: move my hands an inch forward. Instantly, I went from clumsy to smooth, and actually got pretty good at it.

Jumping rope isn’t life-changing. But that moment made me wonder how many skills or opportunities we give up on when all it might take is one small tweak to unlock our potential.

You and I are alive today not because our ancestors were the smartest or strongest species, but because they were able to adapt to their environments.

It took 50 years for telephones to reach 50 million homes.

It took 20 year for a TV to be in 50 million homes.

It took 7 years for 50 million people to be Internet users.

ChatGPT reached 100 M users in 8 weeks.

Adapting to our environments has always been important.

But it's never been so urgent.

My keynote speech focuses on effectively managing change, adopting a healthy mental framework, and a unique approach to rapid learning.

People tend to view negotiation as a zero-sum battle to "win."

Another way is to see it as a collaboration more than a competition.

It usually ends up working great for all parties. Better to have a small slice of a huge pie than a huge slice of nothing.
